Aoife Casey es una fotógrafa Irlandesa graduada en Bellas Artes por NCAD- National College of Art and Design-. Con doble residencia en Dublín, Irlanda y Sevilla, España, ha expuesto y publicado su trabajo internacionalmente, principalmente en Irlanda, Australia, Corea del Sur y España.

Temas comunes en su trabajo son el género, en particular la feminidad: el cuerpo que retrata las emociones y es el recipiente del que se despliega nuestro ser más profundo. Su trabajo es a la vez conmovedor y bello. Solo utilizando la luz natural, el trabajo muestra al artista que busca crear nuevas expresiones visuales de la concepción femenina y la relación con el cuerpo.

Aoife Casey is an Irish photographer graduated in Fine Arts from NCAD- National College of Art and Design-. Dually residing in Dublin, Ireland and Seville, Spain, she has exhibited and published her work internationally, primarily in Ireland, Australia, South Korea and Spain.

Common themes in her work are gender, in particular femininity: the body that portrays emotions and is the vessel from which our deepest selves unfold. Her work is both moving and beautiful. Using only natural light, the work shows the artist seeking to create new visual expressions of the female conception and the relationship with the body.
